Bottom - Zach Harris gets his 6th start of the season for the Dawgs in this contest. A line drive out from C. Jones to S. Alford at second base records the first out. D. Burress hits a two-strike triple down the left-field line. An RBI single from M. Ellis scores Burress from third (2-1). Harris shows some courage, getting the next two batters out via strikeout.

Second Inning: Dawgs held scoreless, Georgia Tech explodes thanks to a three-run HR. (2-5)
Top- Dawgs open the top of the second with a ground ball out by F. Gonzalez. Clayton Chadwick grounded out for the second out as well. Branch strikes out. Three up, three down for the Dawgs.

Bottom - Harris strikes out Becchetti for the first out of the inning. A ground ball out record by Charlie Condon at third base makes the second out of the inning. Branch records the third out on a ground ball to short stop to end the third inning.

Fourth Inning: Another scoreless and hitless inning in the 4th. (2-5)
Top - Tre Phelps is hit by a pitch to put a runner on first base with one out. Carter hits a line drive to right field for the second out of the inning. A line drive out to center field from Gonzalez closes the door on the Dawgs in the fourth.

Bottom - Lackey lines out to right for the first out of the inning. A check swing strike three from Cam Jones is the second out of the inning bringing up D. Burress. A ground ball shot to Corey Collins at first base ends the inning. Condon laces a single into center and brings home Chadwick (5-3).

Fifth Inning: Charlie Condon Drives in a run and Tech is held scoreless (3-5)
Top - Clayton Chadwick starts the fifth inning with a lead-off single up the middle. A questionable strike three call the Branch brings up Corey Collins. Collins is walked to put runners at first and second for Charlie Condon. D. Goldstein lines out to right field for the second out of the inning. Slate Alford walks on a full count to load the bases for Tre Phelps. Phelps pops up to leave three stranded.

Bottom - A ground ball out from J. Giesler to Charlie Condon starts the bottom of the fifth. Four pitches later, B. Zmarziak walks. M. Becchetti flies out to Carter in Centerfield for the second out of the inning. A five pitch walk to Zmarziak leads to P. Brosius coming to the plate. A ground ball out to Slate Alford ends the fifth.

Sixth Inning: Dawgs go hitless, Tech held at bay (3-5)
Top - Georgia starts the sixth with two quick outs from Carter and Gonzalez. Chadwick then strikes out to end the top of the sixth.

Bottom - Harris strikes out V. Lackey. C. Jones flies out to right field. After a walk to Burress, a single to left has Burress caught in a rundown and he's called out at third base.

Seventh Inning: Padysak brings life out of the pin, another scoreless (3-5)
Top- Branch lines out to left field for the first out of the inning. Corey Collins walks on four straight to bring up Charlie Condon but not before a pitching change. Condon walks on five pitches to bring up Dillon Goldstein with runners on first and second with one out. Corey Collins tags up and moves to third on the fly ball out from Goldstein. Alford pops out for the third out, stranding two.

Bottom - P, Padysak is in the contest for the Bulldogs and he walks the lead-off hitter for Tech. Padysak goes on to strike out Zmarziak for the first out of the inning. Becchetti strikes out looking for the second straight K for Padysak. A third consecutive strike out ends the 7th for Georgia.

Eighth Inning: Phelps Jumps on a fastball for a solo shot, (4-5)
Top - Tre Phelps blasts the first pitch of the inning over the left field wall. (5-4) P. Toetz will now pinch-hit for the Bulldogs and he pops out to the first baseman. Gonzalez grounds out for the second out of the inning, bringing up Chadwick who pops out to right field for the third out.

Bottom - Padysak records two quick outs to start the bottom of the 8th inning. A pop fly out ends the eighth.

Ninth Inning: Kolby Branch ties the game with one swing. (5-5)
Top- Kolby Branch hits a game-tying home run in the ninth. (5-5) A pitching change brings D. Brown to the mound for Tech. Corey Collins pops out to the third baseman bringing up Charlie Condon who is intentionally walked. Goldstein strikes out looking followed by a ground ball out by Slate Alford.

Bottom - Drew Goldstein enters the game in the bottom of the ninth to face Drew Burress. Burress walks and Goldstein has to exit the game with an elbow injury. M. Hoskins records two quick outs as he enters the contest. A two-out walk brings Becchetti to the plate. Bechetti walks to bring another pitching change as C. March comes out of the bullpen for Georgia. P. Green up to the plate with the bases loaded for Tech. A ground ball out at first base ends the ninth as we go to extras.

Tenth Inning: Georgia scores three thanks to an error and Collins Doubles home two(8-5)
Top - Tre Phelps is hit by a pitch to start the inning. P. Toetz lines a single up the middle to put two on with no outs in the top of the tenth. A throwing error on an attempted sacrifice bunt from Gonzalez goes up the first base line, scoring Phelps (6-5) Chadwick strikes out looking for the first out of the inning. K. Branch strikes out swinging for the second out of the inning. Corey Collins laces a 2-RBI double into the right-center gap (8-5). Condon was immediately walked and Goldstein struck out looking to end the top of the tenth.

Bottom - Marsh returns to the mound to close out this contest and K. Branch hits a lead-off single to left field. Marsh walks Yunger. P, Finley comes into the game to attempt to close out the contest. A rolling single into right field loads the bases for Georgia Tech. Burress strikes out on a breaking ball for the first out of the inning. Georgia records two more quick outs to end the game (8-6)
