My nails look nothing like what I asked for and she didn't tell me there was an extra charge for designs until after she did my nails. My fingers had glue all over and two of my cuticles were bleeding when I left.

I had the day off and came in as a walk-in, a few minutes after they opened for a much needed manicure & pedicure. I was immediately sat down at one of the manicurists table and she got to work on my hands. She did a great job and was nice. She spent a good amount of time getting my nails to look spectacular & showed where to pick out the color. She massaged my hands & lotion up my hands/arms, I specifically asked for gel nail polish knowing the additional cost. If you don't want to pay for gel or dip, please let them know ahead of time. After my nails dried & set, I was off to the pedicure chair, the gentleman was already set up for me with the gel color to match my hands. Once again, I asked for gel color polish knowing it was an extra cost. He didn't rush, when I was taking off my shoes, super nice and friendly the entire time. He gave me the pedicure menu for me to choose which package I wanted & the timeframes for each one, since I had nowhere to go & was being treated for my birthday, I went for the deluxe package which is a pedicure with a sugar scrub, massage and hot towel wrap on my lower leg. It was heavenly for the 45-60 mins.. I'm not going to lie I lost track of time while I was there, but didn't not care since it was me time. They did an excellent job, the stations were clean, well organized & stocked. The staff were friendly & helpful. My finger & toes nails look great and were soft & smooth. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

horrible experience she rushed the entire service & her husband came in asking if she was ready .. she said 20 mins when we basically just got started. nearly cut me on every finger .. charged me $55 & one of nails were crooked & they all fell off in a week lol. DONT RECOMMEND.
