This Plasma Center is great! Friendly staff, easy check-process as well! Only time I am ever here for a long period of time is when it’s super busy! But they do a pretty good job of keeping the wait times down regularly! Been donating here regularly for almost 3 years now

I’ve been donating here for a few years, so I would say this review is overdue. All the time I’ve donated, I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff has always been kind and professional, and have always had good experiences with pretty much everyone there. I don’t want to name names, because I know I’ll miss someone, but a big thanks to the entire team at this location. You guys rock.

I’ll never donate anywhere else, I’ve never been mistreated or had a bad experience with an employee. I generally am in and out from 1.5 hrs to 2.5 hrs , great atmosphere and really friendly employees who are the main reason I come back.

I started out donating at another center. Friends and family told me the Lincoln center was amazing. and they were not wrong! Well trained staff and they truly care about making everyone’s plasma donation enjoyable. Definitely the best center I have been to!

I have been donating plasma just over a year now. Yes, sometimes the wait times can be a bit much but the staff here is amazing!!! When they are backed up they still try to make the experience enjoyable. They make every visit personable. Even to typing this while I’m being stuck!!!! I will continue to come as long as they will have me!!

Brent and Rona are the best employees they help me every time I come in. And Brent has never messed up while poking me even though some of my veins are rollers. Sidney, not so much. I avoid her as much as possible. She gave me false information on a question I asked. The reason I know she did it on purpose is because I was told they are supposed to give you who you ask for. She lied and told me that I am not allowed to ask for anyone else to stick me and that it is against the rules. I got multiple opinions from multiple employee sources and they all told me that was a lie.

Been donating for about a year or so at this location in Lincoln, Nebraska. I’ve been tended to by most of the crew here. They are all very good at what they do! Most days they entertain me with the occasional joke/laugh from moments in life. Sometimes just saying hi to someone like they do here can change a persons mood/life and or day. A very clean and well kept place is always a good thing. Keep up the great work Grifols employees! You will always be recommended in my book.

awful. its ran by a bunch of inexperienced kids who dont know how to properly stick someone with a needle. i went last week and the girl completely missed my vein and just left me like that the whole time my arm was swollen like crazy and left massive bruising. not worth $40
