🚀 Completed My second Task 🖥️provided by TechnoHack...😊 I'm thrilled to share that I have completed my 2nd Task of my Internship from TechnoHacks EduTech Official in my cybersecurity journey. This task involved installing and using Wireshark, a powerful packet analyzer tool.Successfully identified and extracted IDs and passwords from the captured data.Wireshark allows you to filter and examine HTTP headers and paylads, which can include information such as usernames and passwords if they are transmitted over HTTP (not recommended) or in other unencrypted forms. However, it's important to emphasize the ethical considerations involved in such activities. Unauthorized interception and decryption of sensitive information, induding passwords, are violations of privacy and legal regulations. Ethical use of Wireshark should focus on legitimate purposes such as network diagnostics, security audits with proper authorization, or educational exploration in controlled environments. My day one exprience as a Cybersecurity trainee at Unicus Campus Today was indeed filled with alot of nostalgia for a desire to learn and grow in this field of Cybersecurity.As a springboard, we delved into an enterprise of Information Security, paying key attention to terms associated with InfoSec, which includes words like: personally identifiable information (PII), the CIA triad, which encompasses: confidentiality, integrity and availability and more so, the differences between Information Security and Cybersecurity.On this same path of learning, we also pitched our tents, to x-ray the relevance of becoming a Security Champion, that is, one who advocates for security best practices in an organisation. Furthermore, we looked into how to access the Darknet and briefly into Cyber Keychain as propounded by Lockheed Martin, and finally into the terrain of virtual card numbers and its usefulness. In its primitive sincerity, it was indeed a delightful moment and an avenue for intellectual exposure.

😁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮’𝘀 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽! 🛡️I'm excited to share that I recently completed the 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. This experience provided me with 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 into the world of 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, especially in 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 and 𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 their effects using𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻. Just finished the "Intro to Offensive Security" module on TryHackMe, kicking off week 1 in the Cyber Security department at NUEXUS This module was an absolute thrill ride for a cybersecurity enthusiast like me.I dove deep into the terminal, mastering its commands and unlocking its potential. Uncovering hidden web pages with Gobuster felt like cracking a digital code. The simulated bank heist was an eye-opening experience in the world of vulnerabilities. And understanding the balance between offensive and defensive security has broadened my perspective.This module has laid a solid foundation for my cybersecurity journey.
