| TRECS is an
approved provider with the Tennessee Higher
Education Commission and is approved with the
Workforce Investment Act program. Approved WIA
candidates are issued vouchers to cover tuition. The
number is in the local phone book or your can
contact your State Career Center for more
information. TRECS is also approved to provide
pre-licensing training to qualified veterans. Call
for details or ask your veteran affairs counselor.
Your tuition fee (currently $350) includes the textbook,
workbook and a state handbook with testing information
inside. All you need to bring to class is a simple
10-key handheld calculator. Your calculator can not be
programmable or have alpha characters. All other
necessary supplies will be provided.
We do not ask for pre-deposits or charge different
prices at the door. You are expected to dress casually.
There will be breaks and meal periods provided.
